Procreate Fundamentals is the perfect first step into digital illustration. Designed for curious kids and teens aged 8–14, this 4-lesson course teaches the core skills of Procreate in a fun, hands-on environment — with plenty of room for your own creative style.

Procreate 數碼插畫入門班是踏入數碼繪畫世界的最佳第一步。課程專為 8–14 歲充滿好奇心的小朋友及青少年而設，在輕鬆有趣的環境中學習 Procreate 的核心技巧，同時保留充足空間發揮個人創意風格。

Over four 1.5-hour lessons, students learn to navigate Procreate, build with layers, work with colour, and bring their artwork to life as an animated GIF. Every lesson ends with a finished, shareable piece they'll be proud of.

四堂課下來，學員將學會操作 Procreate 介面、運用圖層疊加、靈活配色，最後更能將作品製作成動態 GIF。每堂課結束時，學員都能帶走一件完成的作品，隨時與朋友分享。

Classes are kept small (maximum 4 students), and each student works on a project of their choosing. No two artworks ever look the same.

What iPad and Apple Pencil do I need?需要用哪款 iPad 和 Apple Pencil？+

Procreate runs on any iPad compatible with an Apple Pencil — iPad (6th generation and above), iPad Air, iPad Mini (5th generation and above), and all iPad Pro models. Any generation of Apple Pencil will work. If you're unsure, feel free to message before enrolling.Procreate 適用於所有支援 Apple Pencil 的 iPad，包括 iPad（第六代或以上）、iPad Air、iPad Mini（第五代或以上）及所有 iPad Pro 型號。任何一代 Apple Pencil 均可使用。如不確定，歡迎報名前先查詢。

How does the flexible scheduling work?彈性上課時間是怎樣運作的？+

Once enrolled, you coordinate directly with Margaret to book lesson dates and times that suit your schedule. Sessions can be spread over several weeks or taken intensively. Since the class is small (max 4), each student follows their own timeline independently.報名後，你可直接與 Margaret 協調，預約適合的上課日期和時間。課堂可分散幾個星期慢慢上，也可密集式安排。由於每班最多 4 人，每位學員可獨立跟進自己的課程進度。

Can my child join if they've never used Procreate?孩子從未用過 Procreate，可以報名嗎？+

Absolutely. Procreate Fundamentals is designed for complete beginners — Lesson 1 starts from scratch. For Creative Studio (ages 15–17), some familiarity with drawing apps is helpful but not required. Unsure which course fits? Just ask and Margaret will advise.當然可以。入門班正是為完全零基礎的學員而設——第一堂課從介面操作和基本工具開始。至於進階班，有少許繪圖 app 使用經驗會有幫助，但並非必要。不確定哪個班別更適合？歡迎直接查詢，Margaret 會為你建議。

What if we need to reschedule a lesson?如果需要改期，應該怎樣處理？+

Life happens — just message Margaret with as much notice as possible and she'll find an alternative time. The flexible scheduling model makes rescheduling generally straightforward.生活難免有突發情況。只需盡早通知 Margaret，她會配合你安排另一個時間。由於採用彈性排期制，改期通常不成問題。

Hi, I'm Margaret.

你好，我是 Margaret。

I'm a Hong Kong-based artist, illustrator, and digital creative. I hold a BA in Fine Art from Goldsmiths, University of London, where I specialised in mixed media installation, video art, and contemporary art practice. My final degree show, Lanterns Between Two Cities, explored cultural identity and the connection between Hong Kong and London through traditional lantern-making and bamboo scaffolding.

我是一位在香港生活的藝術家、插畫師及數碼創作人。我畢業於英國倫敦大學金匠學院純藝術學系，主修混合媒介裝置、錄像藝術及當代藝術實踐。我的畢業展作品《兩城之間的燈籠》（Lanterns Between Two Cities），以傳統紮作燈籠及香港竹棚文化為靈感，探索文化身份與港倫兩地之間的連結。

I've spent the past few years working across art, education, and digital media. Most recently, I worked in digital content creation at a fashion company in Hong Kong. Before that, I was based in London, where I led creative workshops for elders at Entelechy Arts in Deptford, and mentored young students from Lewisham as part of Goldsmiths' Schools Studio Programme — guiding over 20 students through their art portfolios.

過去幾年，我在藝術、教育及數碼媒體等範疇積累了豐富經驗。最近在香港一間時裝公司從事數碼內容創作工作，負責視覺推廣及插畫創作。在此之前，我旅居倫敦，在 Entelechy Arts 帶領長者創意工作坊，同時參與金匠學院「學校工作室計劃」，為逾 20 位來自 Lewisham 的中學生提供藝術作品集指導。

Teaching has always been part of my practice. I believe creativity is something everyone has — it just needs the right environment and encouragement to grow. My classes are small on purpose: I want to know what each student is drawn to, what they're trying to say, and how I can help them say it better.

How I teach

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all art lessons. Every student walks in with a different set of references — anime, street art, gaming, fashion, traditional Chinese illustration — and my job is to meet them there. We use structured projects to build real skills, but the creative direction always belongs to the student.

我不相信一套方法可以適合所有人。每位學員來到課堂時，都帶著自己獨特的參考框架——動漫、街頭藝術、遊戲、時尚、傳統中國插畫——我的工作就是從他們的世界出發，與他們同行。我們用有系統的課題建立真正的技術，但創作方向始終屬於學員自己。

I keep classes small (maximum four students) because that's how good teaching works. There's time to stop, look at what a student has made, ask the right questions. There's room for mistakes, experiments, and happy accidents. And there's space to talk about art — not just technique.

我堅持小班制（最多四人），因為這才是好教學應有的樣子。有時間停下來，看看學員做了什麼，問對的問題。有空間犯錯、嘗試、發現意外的驚喜。也有空間真正地談論藝術——而不只是技巧。

Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full course fee payment. Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking. Magnus13 reserves the right to decline enrolment at its discretion.

Full course fee is payable in advance to reserve your spot. Accepted methods: FPS, PayMe, Alipay, ATM deposit, bank transfer, and major credit cards. A 4% handling fee applies to all credit card payments, charged by the card company.

Students may reschedule individual lessons with reasonable advance notice (minimum 24 hours where possible).

Magnus13 reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances. Affected students will be offered an alternative date.

No refund will be issued for lessons missed by the student without prior notice.

Cancellation more than 7 days before the first lesson: full refund minus any bank/transaction fees.

No refund once the course has commenced.

Students are required to bring their own iPad and Apple Pencil to every lesson. Magnus13 is not responsible for any damage to student equipment during lessons.

Magnus13 may photograph or display student artwork for promotional purposes (website, social media) with the consent of the student and parent/guardian. Students retain ownership of all artwork they create.

Magnus13 and its instructors are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by students while attending lessons, except where caused by instructor negligence. Magnus13 reserves the right to remove a student from a class if their behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.
